It is the agents job to book the talent for the most money possible, it is our job to make sure you don't pay too much. I have been buying talent for events for more than 30 years. Talent buying is directly tied to planning and marketing. Before deciding to buying talent for an in place for who the event is for. What is the event's purpose? Celebration? Fundraising? Outreach? Venue? Answering these questions will help determine the type of act, the size of the act. One of the most important factors in determining what act we want to try and get, is the budget. Event Hosting:This is where Enthusiastic Events will produce and pay for the event. Your church or group simply provides the venue for such event. In this scenario, there is usually a percentage of the net proceeds shared with the host venue. Event Hosting is something your church can do. If your church is interested in hosting an event, contact us. Enthusiastic Events is looking for venues to hold events all the time. By partnering with your church, it will help us with the costs of producing an event. With the ability to keep costs down we can fulfill the mission that God has given Enthusiastic Events, to produce events that honor God and have every event benefit a local charity.We usually will need a church that will seat at least 500 persons with a full production in house. The size of the venue needed depends on the event being produced. Some artists will need an arena to host their event, some just need a small church. We are capable of producing any event of any size. If your church acts as a hosting venue, Enthusiastic Events will assume the costs involved in producing the event including hiring the artist(s), promoting the event, hospitality costs, etc. A share of net profits from the event will be shared with your church. Each event will have a different list of costs and a set amount or percentage cannot be established.
